We allow pets at most properties with a one time, non-refundable fee of $375, at our discretion, as well as a recurring monthly fee of $75. ALL pets must be pre-approved before move in and screened through FirstPlaceProperties.petscreening.com.

For an additional $75 per month throughout your lease term, we will maintain their landscaping in the summer. This only applies to single homes not connected to any other units.

There is a one time fee of $175 per permit for parking.
